1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jilli88. By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the Jilli88 platform (jilli88.my), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with registration or placing any bets.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Jilli88 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use Jilli88's services.

2Registration Eligibility

To register and use Jilli88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be an individual capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Malaysian law.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited.
• You have never been removed or banned from any gambling platform for fraudulent activity.

Jilli88 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address from any user at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account termination.

3User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one Jilli88 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any funds therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your Jilli88 account password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no one else accesses your account without your permission.
• Notify Jilli88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever there are any changes.

Jilli88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Jilli88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept deposits and withdrawals via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum deposit limit at Jilli88 is RM 20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50. The maximum withdrawal within a 24-hour period is RM 30,000 unless otherwise stated in your account.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the identity verification requirements in place. Jilli88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000.

5Bonus & Promotions

Jilli88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses must meet the rollover requirements before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
• Betting Limit: While meeting the bonus rollover requirement, the maximum bet limit per event is RM 200 unless otherwise stated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only claim one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies aimed solely at completing rollover requirements with no genuine risk — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all types of bets placed on the Jilli88 platform:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Jilli88 system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will apply when that bet is settled.
• Jilli88 reserves the right to void or modify bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or unusual circumstances that affect the integrity of a match.
• Bets on matches postponed by more than 12 hours from the scheduled start time will be declared void and the stake returned.
• For e-sports betting such as Mobile Legends and Dota 2, all bets will be settled in accordance with the tournament rules recognised by the official organiser.
• For poker and blackjack, the standard game rules set by Jilli88 shall apply, and the dealer's decision is final.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a match or game, Jilli88's system records will serve as the primary reference. The decision of Jilli88's review team is final in all dispute cases.

7User Conduct

Jilli88 users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and with respect for the platform and other users at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the Jilli88 system.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Jilli88 system.
• Uploading or sharing content that is offensive, threatening, or in violation of Malaysian law.
• Making deposits or placing bets using funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering).
• Sharing your account or allowing another person to use your Jilli88 account.

Jilli88 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities and will report any activity suspected of involving money laundering or fraud to the relevant authorities.

11Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by technical factors, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions
